@Ely Rivera in rotation, I’d do 60 tire hits, 20 KB swings, 30 seconds on battle ropes and repeat until I hit 500,200 and 3 minutes but yes straight through. Me and hammers get along greatly esp my lawless. I use it every fire above most any tools available.

Time does Work
The first image is 3 years ago. I was still 295-300. 3 years later consistent work I’m 245 at 15% fat. Would I like to do better hell yes! Just takes work. My point being sometimes our results are not immediate however if we keep fighting eventually all the progress we could never see has been showing up the whole time.
