Here's some questions to consider: 1. What weaknesses are holding me back right now? 2. What role do I need to fill on my team next year? 3. What skill do I get most excited about training?

You can obviously do the challenges throughout the rest of the year as well, BUT they will only count towards prizes if it is within the challenge window!
