So I'm in the process of making my panty into a homesteaders pantry. My wonderful hubby got me a mason jar vacuum sealer as part of our anniversary present. He got me lots of canning jars too 😍😍😍 It's what I wanted. So I'm spending my Memeorials Day vacuum sealing dry goods in order to keep them fresher, longer. Happy Memeorials Day to Everyone

Hey everyone, I'm a new member, based in Victoria, Australia. I'm studying Permaculture and Organic Market Gardening. I'm learning so much - it keeps me awake at night!
