Thank you for becoming a member!
Thank you all SO much who have become a member over the last few weeks! It is WILD to see your membership requests come through ๐Ÿฅฐ Now that you're in here you can see I am still working through building out the free exercise library. I'm working really hard to get all of those detailed captions filled out so that there is more depth for each exercise to give more value for each video. But I am running my own Pilates studio all on my own, so I'm wearing a lot of hats, so unfortunately this project has been taking a lot longer than I hoped. Over the next few weeks I will get all of those captions completed. Once those are done, I will start loading in Layer videos which will be the same ones currently going up on IG but these will be longer videos which show more reps of each layer, how to go from each layer into the next, talking over the video to show how I would cue each layer, and then captions with even more details and depth! I'm hoping to provide A LOT of value with short videos/ captions. So making sure I'm not rambling, what I'm showing and saying makes sense to others (not just myself), and that what I'm putting up is something you actually want. Please stick around and please leave any comments, questions or anything you would like me to bring to this community! As I've said before, I'm building this for all of you, so please give me you input on how I can make it the best and most useful it can be ๐Ÿ˜Š
Welcome to The Reformer Library!
Iโ€™m so glad youโ€™re here. The Reformer Library is a curated collection of individual reformer Pilates exercise videos designed to help you build your own flows and explore movement creatively. This space is intentionally simple. Itโ€™s not a structured course. Itโ€™s not a challenge. And itโ€™s not about being told exactly what to do. Itโ€™s a growing reference library - built piece by piece - so you can return to it whenever you need movement ideas, clarity, or inspiration. Inside youโ€™ll find: - Individual reformer exercise videos - Clear demonstrations - Subtle variations and movement options - Layers you can apply to base exercises - Short, focused posts you can use immediately The goal is to give you building blocks, not blueprints. Instead of copying full flows, youโ€™ll be able to: - Recognize patterns - Combine movements intentionally - Adjust emphasis easily - And build sessions that feel creative and personal The long-term vision is simple: To create a reliable, organized reference space for reformer Pilates that supports independent thinking and creativity. Right now, that means: - Expanding the exercise library - Adding movement layers - Organizing content clearly so itโ€™s easy to return to Over time, this may evolve into deeper sequencing discussions - but at its core, this will always remain a reference-first space. This community is ideal for: - People who already know reformer Pilates basics - Instructors who want more movement options - Movers who enjoy building their own sessions - Anyone who feels limited by repeating the same exercises If you like understanding movements individually and combining them in your own way, youโ€™ll feel at home here. Use it like a library. - Browse when you need inspiration - Revisit exercises youโ€™ve forgotten about - Explore variations when something feels repetitive - Save posts you want to return to Thereโ€™s no pressure to keep up or consume everything. This is designed to support your creativity, not overwhelm it.
