Whats the most efficient way to create two inputs and two outputs (dependant on the input) to a single workflow. I want to reuse the same workflow via Telegram and a webhook (which is an elevenlabs voice post) and output to either Telegram or the webhook depending on which trigger was used. If tried to use conditional execution and a switch but this doesnt work if one of the triggers data values arent present. Thank you.

I was following this step-by-step video but when I went ahead and tested the chat, the AI agent couldn't answer any of the questions I had in the google doc connected to Pinecone. I'm sure I followed all the steps correctly but not sure where I might have missed a configuration. Added a screenshot of the workflow. Any pointers on where to start to trouble shoot?
