How much fight to win i have left....
Brainstorming
Biggest obstacles for success: 1) I live on west coast and my market is Ohio. Coordinating with teams on the ground to get information on ARV, rehab quotes, rental values, equipment etc.... quite the challenge. 2) I work 50+hours per week and commute a total of 2 plus hours each day. Starting out at 5 am and getting home around 5 doesn't leave much time to speak with the team and get information. 3) zero cash to use. Dependence on PMLs to get funding once a deal is identified getting the conversation going on funding begins a whole new communications stream that also takes time. I am fighting through all of thes and I belive in this system and the information available as well of course as all the resources. One idea I have is to find a way to fund a house hack here locally first and see if I can get funding for that so that I can build equity and lower costs of living in order to help qualify for more funding. However prices in the Seattle market are high, so I would need to find a funding partner that will partner through that process and perhaps have ideas to make things work. Feedback?

My take away is this: If I can get started, finding funding to get the first 5 properties and BRRR them or flip them, I can make enough money to scale in the next 2 years and retire myself from my job. Faster, if I can get the first five to really perform like you point out here.

I think I have missed this group
Hey everyone!! :) I am on the west coast and my job has me in the office from 6 AM to about 3 to 4 PM Monday through Friday. So I miss most of the live calls and interactions. I am just today discovering that I have been focused on the training videos in the Rental Roadmap and neglected getting here and understanding what this SKOOL is all about. I am going to focus here and learn more about this community and the training and resources here. I have decided to work in Dayton, OH and I have a realtor who has a team of contractors and PMs already working with investors and investing themselves there in the area. I am open to any and all thoughts on how best to use and be a part of this community. Currently watching the videos with Blake talking about all that is available here. Looking forward to getting myself free and building a legacy for my kids as well.
