Hey everybody! I have been a craft beer lover for a long time now, and I do enjoy the different styles and complexities of great brews. I am just starting and want to learn all about brewing amazing beer, wine, and spirits. My wife makes her own wine, and I have started brewing beer. We have a dream of finally opening a craft beer and wine bar one day. Glad to be here with everyone!

Brewing today on this beautiful sunny Sunday because we’re having a baby on Tuesday. Our best seller is down to a single half barrel keg left and I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re sold out for a week before I get it done. When you’re the owner and brewer you just gotta get it in when you can fit it in.
