I believe poor leadership encompasses most of the other poll choices…poor leadership will include communication issues and lack of accountability (difficult personalities may end up being thrown in the mix anywhere within an organization and could be unrelated to poor leadership). It permeates from the top down, infiltrating the majority of the organization/employees, fueling low morale, drama, poor performance, etc. Perhaps it doesn’t start from the very top of the organization in all instances, but more mid-level managers…the drama and morale issues can still become widespread if the poor leadership of mid-level managers isn’t addressed by upper management. To add to this, if issues with mid-level management goes unaddressed, then are those higher level managers really showing good leadership…
