Band shoot
Coming Sunday I will have a band shoot. A 6 man acoustic folk-rock band. It will be an outdoor shoot,, and this will be the first time I will shoot a group in this setting using off camera flash. Since I won't have a big softbox with me, I will shoot my Speedlite through a white umbrella. Probably will underexpose on the background one step. I think this will be a fun shoot to do.

Goodluck dude! Always fun to stretch the skillset. What if you didn’t shoot through the umbrella but used it as a reflector? You might get good coverage then for a 6 man band.

National Basilica of the sacred heart in Koekelberg, Brussels, Belgium. One of the world’s largest art Deco buildings and the place where the pope conducts his mass when in Belgium. Sony A7RIII. Sony 16-35mm. F/22. 30sec exposure. Converted to B&W in Lightroom. Took inspiration from Ansel Adam’s and Allen Schaller. If I remember correctly I think I finished with about 27 different masks.
