Hello, i got my ad account restricted but i didnt even start boosting yet or putting my credit card info anywhere. They said it’s automation issues (which is false). Should i appeal?

So I’m only on my 4th day of warming up my IG account, but my business account already got restricted. It says I can’t run ads anymore, but my Instagram itself is still fine. I can scroll and use it normally. I also don’t have any posts or real profile pictures yet. I think they might have flagged me just from liking posts. Do you think I should request a review already, or should I post my first photo first and then request a review? What’s better? Thank you 🙏

I watch this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUgpB9lEfGw&t=3s it says here that you can post a unique post on your day 1 of creating your instagram account. So, thats what i did, and then i decided to join the course so i watch few videos but in the course, it says it should be on the 4th day. Should i start again? Or thats ok? Thank you for answering!
