Hiring - new project
I'm looking for help with a small business. They have 3 staff and most don't speak english. They mostly do deep tissue massages. Because they are often busy they miss phone calls, people cancel so they are not booking up those spots, miss DMS on socials and emails. Ideally someone would build it out, then give me a run down as I'm keen to learn. Flick me a message if you think this is for you.

@Xian Wei Ong hi there. Sounds good. Lets catch-up
Hiring | One off job and some training
Hey there, hopefully not doubling up on this post. I need help for a massage shop. They need to replace their non existent receptionist with an agent to handle bookings - calls, txt, dms, email. Needs to be integrated into a booking system such as Fresha. Also need help with cancelations - when someone cancels to try and fill that spot. If this goes good, I will have more work for you.

@Abuzar Saleem are you available for a chat?
Hey
Hey people. Stoked to be here. How are people validating their ideas before building something?

@Unaiza M Testing a few ideas at the moment. I run a marketing company at the moment so have started talking to my clients there. Turns out most need help. Multiple niches, but the biggest thing so far seems to be answering phone calls, sms, dms, etc and booking in appointments.
Recruiting Team Processing 480 Resumes Annually (Each Required 25 Minutes Manual Review) 🔥
Recruiting department. 480 resume submissions annually. Every resume requiring manual screening. Recruiter reading entire document. Manually noting experience years. Calculating education level. Listing skills. Determining fit. 25 minutes per resume. 200 hours annually. THE MANUAL SCREENING WORKFLOW: Resume arrives. Recruiter downloads document. Opens spreadsheet. Reads resume completely. Manually types candidate name, email, phone, location. Counts years of experience. Reads each job description. Calculates total years manually. Notes education level - bachelor's, master's, PhD. Lists technical skills mentioned. Checks for required skills match. Assigns score subjectively. Determines candidate status - strong candidate, potential, or not a match. Types assessment notes. Adds to tracking spreadsheet. 25 minutes per resume. 480 annually. 200 hours consumed. THE SCREENING PROBLEMS: Quality audit revealed issues. 67 candidates scored inconsistently. Same qualifications rated differently by different recruiters. 89 resumes with incorrect experience calculations. Manual counting errors. 123 strong candidates marked as "potential" due to rushed screening. 45 candidates with matching skills overlooked. Skills section skimmed during high-volume periods. Manual entry error rate - 18.7%. THE AUTOMATION SOLUTION: Built resume processing workflow. 8 nodes monitoring Google Drive folder. Resume uploaded. System triggers. Downloads document. Extracts candidate data - name, contact info, work experience with dates, education details, technical skills, soft skills, certifications, languages. Calculates automatically. Years of experience from job dates. Education level score. Skills match against required list. Generates total score out of 100. Scoring logic - Experience (40 points): 5+ years = 40pts, 2-5 years = 25pts, 0-2 years = 10pts. Education (30 points): PhD = 30pts, Master's = 25pts, Bachelor's = 20pts. Skills match (30 points): 3pts per matched skill, max 30pts.

Nice!! Curious to know how you are getting this out in front of potential buyers? I looked at this, but found a lot of the saas companies were implementing this kinda thing.

Need help to land up first client
Hey everyone, I’m hitting a bit of a wall and could really use some perspective from those of you who have already landed your first few clients. The Situation: I’ve been grinding on outreach for my AI Automation services. I’ve tried: Instagram DMs: Low reply rates. Cold Emails: Mostly silence, and the few who do reply aren't interested in buying. I’ve been hitting the outreach hard—mostly Instagram DMs and Cold Emails. The problem? My reply rate is hovering near zero. And on the rare occasion someone does reply, they have zero interest in buying. I’ll be honest: every time I go a few days without a solid reply or interest, I start spiraling. I immediately feel like I’m in the "wrong niche" and I get the urge to scrap everything and pivot to a new one. My Questions for the Pros: The "Niche Community" Strategy: Instead of cold outreach, should I join communities where my target niche hangs out? Has anyone had success posting value/offers there to get inbound leads? The Blueprint: Is there a specific "first client" blueprint you’d recommend? (e.g., offering a free pilot, a "pay-on-results" guarantee, or a specific outreach script that actually gets attention?) Low Reply Rates: If you’ve been here before, what was the ONE thing you changed that actually started getting people on sales calls? I’m ready to put in the work, I just want to make sure I’m running in the right direction. If anyone is willing to share a bit of their "day 1" roadmap or give me a pointer on where to find that first "Yes," I’d appreciate it more than you know! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. 🙏

What problem are you solving? Before building anything I try to validate the idea.
