New Things Coming in July
We are going to start having check in calls calls. These calls will be just to check on each other, meet and greet, prayer requests, etc. Adding different challenges for the comminty. I am thinking about doing a Bible reading. I would ihave it to where we would read 1 book out of the Bible a month. You will read a few chapters a week and have the choice of discussing questions I have in a post or a call. We can also do it through a message. This is each person's choice. Thie call will occur on Friday. The discussion post will be posted on Friday. You can message me at any time. Let me know ahead of time that week if want a live call and I'll set it up. Thank you. We are going to start with the gospel of John. Then as a group we will pick the next book. I will post in calendar what chapters to read for the read.

I am up for this.
Tuesday Community Time
Today is all about you. Do you have anything you want to share? Do you have anything you want to ask me, know about me, etc? Do you have any ideas you want to share that you would like me to bring to action in the community? I built this community on faith because that's who I am. I am a Christian and I was called by God to be a Christian counselor. God is #1 in my life. This community is also your community. I'm all about growth and new ideas. I am adding a couple of things that will start in July. Give me your ideas. They can be about faith or whatever you have in mind. Tell us about another community. Advertise your community. Today is your day. Drop your links to your social media so we can support you.

@Lara Knutzen I make color sheet for my Skool Mighty Fit Self Care Activity Kits Classroom that I share in Mighty Caregivers Community. I do create these with Ai and make them all the time for my clients that I work with in mental health. Enjoy!

@Josef Reutershan third time today I heard this phrase but it is true. Got to take care of yourself to care for others. I think a lot of people feel a sense of shame and sometimes that is why they are not asking for help or take care of themselves.
10 Practices for a Peaceful and Powerful Life
This week on Coffee Chat, my friend Maria , one of my Mighty Caregivers, shared 10 practices for a peaceful and powerful life. A few really stood out to me. I want to start each morning by taking a few moments for myself, naming three things I am grateful for, and identifying three things I want to accomplish that day. The advice that resonated most was to protect my peace with healthy boundaries and be intentional about what is truly important. I also want to end each day by reflecting on what I am grateful for and paying more attention to my sleep habits. Small daily practices can make a big difference in how we care for ourselves. Thank you, Maria, for the encouragement and wisdom. I listen to my friend every week for my self-care. I am inviting you to take a few moments to listen. Introducing Myself
Hi everyone. My name is Jeremy, and I live in Florida. I work in residential mental health as an Activity Specialist, helping people build healthy habits and coping skills as they prepare to return to their communities. I also lead a ministry called Mighty Caregivers, where I encourage people to care for themselves so they can care for others. As a caregiver, I focus on five pillars of self care: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and connections. I am grateful to be part of this community and look forward to learning, growing in faith, and walking alongside others as we pursue Jesus together.
