What makes a video cinematic and what is something that would make a video not cinematic?

After months of back and forth with IG they finally added trial reels on my account. Time to post all my viral videos on trials and reach more non followers 🥸 @Nathan Windsor do you have any tips for posting on trial reels? If I am going to repost an old video am I suppose to change it abit or just repost it as is ?
