So for my first day of putting in work. I locked in with finding sellers videos, working PropStream, LeadGeenie videos. On some some forget and relearn T/S. Closing day one with printing out four states, their counties, and zip codes.

So how you guys figured what state you wanted to start with? I’m thinking about South Carolina cause tony and Georgia since this is my backyard rn.
