What to Do if You Overdosed your Retatrutide
Sometimes ya forgot you already took a shot, sometimes you escalate too quickly, sometimes you forgot to listen in chem class. It's come across my desk a bunch. So here's what I'd suggest you do, in order, if it's pretty bad. 1: Design your next few days around not s***ting your pants. Heavy and High ROM Squatting Patterns, Hip Hinges, Hip Thrusts, or even bent over Rows? You mayyyyy need to pre-fatigue those movements by doing your isolation movements first, but more importantly, just bring a spare pair (or two) of undies. 2: If it's too bad to brace well or eat enough to train and recover well, just plan to do a fast/ intermittent fasting/ OMAD (one meal a day) the next few days. You won't back yourself up even worse, live on the toilet, and will reap some nice health benefits of the autophagy and other aspects of fasting protocols. 3: OBVIOUSLY do not take more, even if you’re “supposed to” take a shot once every X amount of days. 4: Do not take any cagrilintide on top of it. May even want to come off of HGH for a bit as that also slows the speed with which food moves through certain parts of the GI. 5: If you do need to eat, especially if this was supposed to be a microdose and you're bulking, speed up your gastric emptying rate (get shit out of your tummy) by using Ginger Root Extract, which you should be able to access from our storefront if you make a free fullscript account and use this link: https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/kdragunas 5: Consider limiting caffeine, nicotine, and other stimulants both to avoid diarheaa, and to avoid your heart rate increasing to dangerous heights from the Glucagon agonism. 6: Let your coach, functional medicine provider, or clinic know. 7: Prioritize Electrolytes if you’re shitting everything out. Redmond Relyte Hydration products are my favorite for most use cases. (The chocolate flavor is like salty hot cocoa and watermelon lime slaps as well) 8: If it’s tough to get the amount of food in that you need, temporarily switch to the least filling food sources possible. Ex: Swap chicken breast for whey, Swap Potatoes for Rice, (if you think this sounds retarded because the whole point of Reta is to eat less, realize that Reta can be a profound health boosting tool when microdosed, and it can also allow bodybuilders to use more HGH, Insulin, and IGF-1 without ruining their insulin sensitivity.)

Paraxanthine: An Incredible Discovery, or Silly Overhyped BS?
So here's the truth about this chemical that you may have seen all over Meta and Google ads. Paraxanthine is the main metabolite your body produces when you consume Caffeine. Roughly 70–84% of ingested caffeine is metabolized into paraxanthine. So, every time you drink coffee (or tea, energy drink, etc.), part of the the alertness, focus, and energy comes from paraxanthine, not caffeine itself. In other words: paraxanthine isn’t a brand-new mysterious stimulant — it’s more like the core compound that caffeine naturally becomes inside you. So why does it seem like this was just created and is some sort of miracle nootropic? Supplement and beverage companies have started isolating or synthesizing paraxanthine and marketing it as a “cleaner, smarter energy alternative.” That branding makes it feel like it’s brand-new, cutting-edge performance fuel. Smart on them. Now to be clear, its not ALL hype. Some recent studies (some preclinical, some human) suggest paraxanthine might deliver SLIGHTLY better cognitive/physical performance effects compared to caffeine in SOME cases. For instance: improved memory, faster reaction time, sustained attention, vigilance under stress or after intense exercise but with less impact on sleep and a smoother energy curve. So on the surface, Px has a legit scientific/biological foundation that supports the “upgrade” narrative. ⚠️ But: It’s not magic, it’s a purposeful reinterpretation of what caffeine already does for marketing purposes. 🏋️‍♂️ So Why As Coaches / Bio-Hackers / High-Performers Should You Care? Because this illustrates a recurring principle: substance ≠ context; biology ≠ branding. - If you chase every “next-gen supplement,” you’ll stay distracted by noise. Px shows that sometimes, the proposed "innovation" is just repackaged biology. - That doesn’t mean trying "new" supplements are worthless, I mean I myself use paraxanthine in the Alpha Pouches that I'm using in place of Nicotine because I'm trying to get my wife pregnant and avoid unnecessary risks of our kid being autistic.

Peptides are about to be legal?!
So you've probably heard that "Peptides are about to be legal!" So we'd like to first summarize what this likely means, and then highlight what is worth exploring. So, to the first part: Doctors and insurance are about to charge 2-10x more than what research chem sites are charging. Shady, suspiciously cheap research chem sites are still a bad idea. High quality, fairly priced research chem sites with legit third party-testing will likely still be the go to for most people because they will provide the same high quality products as the docs, but for much cheaper.
