Nadir removal

I'm curious what software people are using to remove the tripod/nadir and other blemishes in their 360 pano shots? I'm using Retouch but it seems to produce a lower quality/resolution photo.

There more than one way, I like to do it with a PS Plugin, because the tripod is always on the same point and with using a PS action with plugin it is only one button to push.
