• Where you’re at in your leadership journey: I am quiet leadership. I like to steady an environment not dominate it. I don't like center stage. Emotional intelligence, discernment and balance 🫶. I work in the unseen …and I like it like that. I’m an infection preventionist: healthcare, systems, process, protocol, policy, people. My leadership shows up in what doesn’t happen. Outbreaks avoided, confusion avoided, burnout softened. I like to propel calm, confident, respectful and integrity driven work cultures. Currently going against my comfort (behind the scenes/quiet/introvert/private) and expanding visibility and influence as I take on real estate entrepreneurial ambitions and build an investment business.. with online presence. I don’t have a problem with permission but I do shrink to accommodate others and think who am I to speak on X. • What brought you here: I want to observe and learn from leaders such as yourselves to prepare my mindset for the Buisness I’m building from scratch publicly.
