Reflect on a recent moment of stress. Ask Jesus, “How could I invite Your presence into this?” Philippians 4:6-7 – “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God… will guard your hearts.”

Sit quietly for 5 minutes. Ask Jesus, “Show me where I am holding tension.” Notice your body. Verse: Psalm 46:10 – “Be still, and know that I am God.”

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. Courage to change the things I can, He makes me lie down in green pastures. And wisdom to know the difference. He leads me beside still waters. Living one day at a time, He restores my soul. Enjoying one moment at a time, He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Accepting hardship as a pathway to peace, Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; Taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it, your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your will, You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; So that I may be reasonably happy in this life, you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. And supremely happy with You forever in the next. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house Of the Lord Forever. AMEN
