What Intention Do You Want to Set for Today? How do you want to feel or show up today? One or two sentences is enough. Let’s anchor the day together and hold each other accountable. I'll start. My intention today is to practice kindness in all of my thoughts, words and actions. Yesterday was a shit show in my house, I'm not going to lie. My husband and daughter had a blow-out and I was caught in the cross-fire. When that happens, my internal chatter can spiral, thinking negative thoughts and saying things I don't really mean. That can then ooze out into other areas of my life, including my business. Stopping myself before that happens to remember what's really most important to me is not always easy, but it's always worth it. Thanks for listening! Sending you lots of love today. ❤️

What Are You Done Pretending Is Working? Something in your life or business looks fine from the outside… but isn’t. What are you ready to admit isn’t working anymore, even if you don’t have the solution yet? Clarity starts with truth. I'll go first. I have been working a "day job" (you could call it a 9 to 5 although I technically work way more hours than that) for the same company for the past 19 years (so basically a lifetime!). I have learned a ton over the years and been through thick and thin with this company. AND my heart is no longer in it. I pretend like it's fine to keep working there, but deep down it's not. I want my side business to take the place of my day job so that I am earning enough for my family doing what I really enjoy. I know the day will come when that will happen because it's too hard to keep wearing a mask day in and day out. 💛

I feel the same way! My “day job” isn’t cutting it for me especially with all the dynamics and needing to do things a certain way feel to it! This has been going on since starting personal development work but even though I have put myself out there and people perceive it’s going well, it’s actually not creating or making what I would need to leave my job and do what I want to!

This was really helpful and I can see that I “overthink” a lot and think too many steps ahead vs having one small step. Part of it for me is that I am like how do I know if this small step is actually a step forward or I am just telling myself that which then leads to self doubt but then when I am like ok, I will reach out or make the call then the self fulfilling prophecy comes into play and then it’s like was that really the step I needed to take?? And around I go!

What Belief About Money Are You Ready to Call BS On? In Lesson 1, I talk about out old conditioning and how we all inherited stories that don’t belong to us. What belief about money, selling, or success are you starting to question—or feel ready to release? Where did it come from? What would change if you stopped believing it? I'll start. I grew up in a wealthy family. I was taught that if you didn't have a lot of money, you were lazy, unsuccessful, and weren't worth anything. I struggled a lot with this when I was young because my lifestyle didn't match what I thought it "should" look like. I worked very hard, but I wasn’t earning the kind of money I believed I needed to buy the status symbol objects I wanted. When I was a child, I really thought I would become the President of the United States and fly around in my own helicopter...! Because of all the work I have done on myself, I have compeltely rewired my blueprint and have redefined what success looks like. I live very comfortably and enjoy what I have created for myself even though I don't live in a mansion or fly around in a private jet. I know that this is rather atypical since many women I coach had opposite experiences growing up. But the point is that it doesn't matter what stories we grew up believing. We now have the opportunity to choose a new one! As Tony Robbins always says, "Change your story, change your life." I hope this exercise serves someone here today! 💛

BS belief (coming up around selling products I know will help others on a physical level) I don’t have the “look”, accent or knowledge to sell like everyone else and I am not going to push or convince anyone because that feels icky! TRUE BELIEF- I can be myself and share something I believe in because I know it can help many. Sharing and offering the opportunity is my only job! Also another one coming up. BS belief- It’s easy for people to say “no” to me and will say “yes” to someone else because they can’t say no to them. TRUE BELIEF- I would rather someone give me a safe “no” than an unsafe “yes” because in the long run, that is what is for the highest good because it’s about serving the person and not getting the “quick sell”.

Say the Thing You “Shouldn’t” Say About Yourself What’s a thought you’ve had about yourself, your business, money, or success that you usually keep to yourself? This is a judgment-free zone. No coaching language. No polishing. Let’s be honest, not impressive. I'll start. I have gotten better about this, but I still sometimes downplay my wins, usually because I don’t want other people to think I'm bragging. So the thing I "shouldn't" say about myself is that I'm really good at managing money! I know enough about investing that I have made a great deal by letting my money work for me, and not touching it when there are dips in the market. I have diversified investments so it's not all in one pot, and have been very successful in turning a little into a lot. 💚

Hmm I guess something positive that I “shouldn’t” say about myself is that I am a really powerful healer and intuitive coach and working with me is transformational because my goal is to find what it is that works for my clients and empower them so they can trust themselves.
