🌅 21-Day Mental Detox — Day 10 Recap Theme: Releasing the Need to Please
Today’s session focused on identifying and releasing people-pleasing—the quiet habit of prioritizing others’ expectations over our own peace, truth, and well-being. We explored how people-pleasing often begins as survival, not weakness, and how it silently drains our energy, confidence, and clarity. Through the story of Eleanor Roosevelt, we saw how even one of the most influential women in history struggled with approval, silenced her own voice, and eventually reached a turning point. When she stopped living for others’ expectations and began honoring her convictions, her impact grew—not shrank. Key takeaways: - People-pleasing is learned, and it can be unlearned - Boundaries are not rejection—they are self-respect - Saying “no” is not selfish; it is honest - Your worth is not measured by how much you do for others We practiced: - Setting one small, intentional boundary - Reframing “no” as an act of self-honor - Daily affirmations to detach self-worth from approval

MENTAL DOX 6 - Don’t React , RESPOND
Day 6 was about learning the difference between reacting and responding—and why that difference matters. We learned that reactions feel fast and justified in the moment, but they often cost us peace, clarity, and control. Responses, on the other hand, require a pause—but they protect our future. Through simple, real-life examples, we practiced how to slow down, create space, and choose our words, tone, and actions with intention. The focus was not on ignoring emotions, but on leading them instead of being led by them. Day 6 reminded us that pausing is power. When we respond instead of react, we keep our authority, protect our mental space, and move with purpose instead of impulse.

Take time and pause before you Respond ❤️❤️❤️
Mental Detox Day 4 - No Longer playing Small
Today’s Mental Detox was POWERFUL, the teaching reminded us that we are no longer playing small. We are done shrinking, hesitating, and limiting ourselves to fit spaces we have outgrown. Together, we are choosing confidence, clarity, and expansion, stepping into the versions of ourselves that know our worth and our capacity. This is the season where we stop thinking small and move forward in alignment with who we were always meant to be. ❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️ #nomoreplayingsmall

♥️🖤Sisterhood Saturday: "Ask God for Big Things!"
Sisters, On this week’s Sisterhood Saturday, we dove deep into a powerful and necessary reminder:It’s time to ask God for BIG things. So many times, we limit our prayers to what we think we deserve or what we believe is possible—but we serve a God who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all we can ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). He’s not intimidated by your big prayers. In fact, He’s inviting you to believe Him for more. But here's the revelation: Asking for BIG things requires you to BECOME someone greater. We can’t ask for a life of overflow and stay stuck in habits, mindsets, and environments that were only designed for survival. A bigger blessing demands a bigger version of you. What You Must Become: - Disciplined – You can’t receive millionaire-level blessings with poor stewardship. Elevate your habits. - - Spiritually Aligned – Stay connected to God’s voice through prayer and discernment. Alignment brings acceleration. - - Emotionally Strong – You’ll need resilience to carry big assignments. Not everyone will understand your growth. - - Bold & Unapologetic – Stop shrinking to make others comfortable. Walk in the authority and confidence God gave you. - The Time to Move is NOW: We also talked about the importance of moving immediately. Big prayers require bold action.Too many of us pray and then procrastinate. But delayed obedience is still disobedience. If you’re asking God to do the miraculous, He’s asking you to move in faith—now, not later. Let this be your reminder: Don’t pray small when God is ready to release something supernatural. Ask boldly. Transform daily. Move quickly. The blessing is already waiting on your becoming. ♥️ Chieftain.
