It's officially SELLING SEASON!
Labor Day officially marks the end of summer. We're now in the home stretch. This is probably the best time of year to get focused on selling. It's peak season for people buying. Once you hit Thanksgiving, people start falling back into casual mode. They're thinking about the holidays and all the other things. So with that being said, this is a reminder to show up! Take advantage of the time I give you during the weekly office hour sessions. It's no surprise that the people who show up most often are the ones seeing the best results. 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤. He's consistently landing clients and he's already coming close to his year-end goal. 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤. And she's landing way more clients than I am. 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤. We changed his content strategy a couple weeks ago. Last week alone he got 85,000 views and 175 new followers. It's really no secret. The people who consistently come to the meetings are also the ones uncovering the most opportunities and landing the most clients. Do your best to make it out at least ONCE a month. Talk about what you're working on and let's see where we can improve your results with LinkedIn. The replays are all available in the office hours archive. That includes our Ask an Expert session from last week with Ryan Sullivan, who dropped some really good ideas about getting on podcasts and how to make that part of your strategy to land more clients. And we have another session coming up next week with Jeff Braceon on storytelling. I highly suggest everybody come to this one. Jeff is an expert at storytelling for your business, which I think a lot of people get lost in. Learn how to take your stories and relate them to your business and help you land clients. If there's anything you guys need, shoot me a quick message. Looking forward to seeing everybody on Monday. Coach D ✌️

New Resource Available in Classroom!
What's up, party people! I put together a new resource for you. I saw this video from Dan Martell about how he builds a master prompt that he uses with all his AI systems so they understand him and his brand. So I went to work on building my master prompt that I use in Claude and now also in Content on Easy Mode. (Since @Antoni Tzavelas is a legend and has given us the ability to upload documents into our profile.) So the resource is basically a series of prompts that you can use with Claude, ChatGPT, or any other LLM. The first prompt will interview you. It's going to ask you one question at a time, and by the end, you will have your master prompt. My best practice here is to dictate your responses rather than type them. It will take you way less time, and the system will also learn your language and speech patterns. Once you have this master prompt, 3 more prompts are available to you... 1. To give you ideas for your headline and banner. 2. To write your About section. 3. To help come up with ideas for your Trust Bridge resource. All of these will use your master prompt to help you build them yourself. This exercise will probably take you around 45 minutes to complete, but I promise it is 100% worth the time you put into it. Because all of these are important pieces we'll use to land clients on LinkedIn. Let's go! And if you have any questions, just hit me up in DMs! ✌️

@Danny DelVecchio where do we get the resource to do this?
Key Takeways from Today's Office Hours
Really happy to see so many people out today! Let's keep it coming. I'm gonna start sending out these recaps from each meeting, with takeaways from the office hours. I will also link back to the original meetings. I'll also add these in the classroom under the archives. Missed it or want to go back? Watch the full recording here. 1. Warm them up before you ask for anything The gap for most people is the space between "they accepted my connection" and "here is my pitch." Fill it. Send a short voice note that says thank you, and let them know you are happy to be a resource. That is it. No ask. A voice note beats text right now because people are tired of what sounds automated. 2. Give something before you diagnose anything Before you try to find their problem, hand them something useful. Pick one resource you can send to your ICP every single time. Send it, then let the conversation open on its own. 3. Commenting is not worth 30 minutes a day anymore Ten minutes, tops. Reply to your own comments. Return the favor to one or two people. That is enough. Nobody has ever hired me because they saw a comment I left. The people leaving heavy comments right now are mostly prospecting or they are bots. 4. Story, then lesson, then call to action The posts that work follow one shape. Tell a short story. Pull one quick lesson out of it. Point people to the next step. Your link does not have to sit at the bottom. Weave it into the story where it fits. 5. Sell the result, not the thing you do Nobody wants an email marketing strategy. They want 100 new subscribers a month. Nobody wants a content system. They want clients. Say the outcome out loud in your headline, your banner, and your call to action. 6. A lead magnet and a trust bridge are different A lead magnet captures an email. A trust bridge has more time with you on the other end of it. A masterclass is a trust bridge. A workshop is a trust bridge. A one to one call is a trust bridge. Trust gets built by spending time together, so build the path that gets you time.

Thanks for the recap Danny!
LinkedIn may be showing you to the wrong audience (the fix)
So I've been talking about how to treat the LinkedIn algorithm like an employee. The employee has one job: to get YOU in front of the right people. But in order for the employee to do a good job, you need to provide it with training. And one of the things that you can do to better train it is to fix your About Section. Watch the video, run through the exercise, and thank me later! 😁 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ir9IwNv6W0fO9tUUI6JQPELBtmIplVui/view?usp=sharing

Awesome Danny! I'm going to work on this Monday 🤩
Will is crushing it! 👏
I just wanted to take a minute here to recognize one of our members, @Will Tarashuk. Will shows up to every Monday session with questions and topics that he wants feedback on, locked and loaded. So it's no surprise why Will has been so successful since joining a couple of months ago. He's raised his prices. He's gone from one-time sessions to 6-month contracts, and he's signing more clients than before. I know it's summertime right now, but try to come out to the sessions! I can't help you unless you show up. Hope to see you ALL on Monday!
Will is crushing it! 👏
