Isolation is a tool of the enemy. Yes, there are moments when God calls us to step away, but a season of separation is not meant to become a lifestyle. Some of us feel bound, oppressed, or closed off… not realizing that isolation is amplifying those very feelings. What started as protection has become a prison. We were not created to do life alone. I want to encourage you, find community. A place where you can share your faith, your life, your desires, and your struggles. Even Jesus walked with the twelve…and when it mattered most, He drew even closer to the three. You don’t have to walk this alone.

Surrender and Submission........what feelings arise when you hear these two words? When we think of these words in terms of the people around us, we may feel resistant. But, with a Holy God, this should be our daily posture. We can surrender our will to him because his ways are higher than ours. We can submit to him because his desire is to cover us.
