Hey Old Dawgs 👋 I’m Jen Martinez, but most people call me JMar. I’ve been here a minute and realized I never shared why I’m part of this crew. I was introduced to Lean by @L.r. Weeden , who invited me to last year’s Arlington conference. That’s where I found Old Dawgs and instantly knew I’d found my people. Most people are programmed to believe that drinking water solves dehydration. It doesn’t.
