I am new to swimming and when swimming I have felt water going in and out of my vagina. Is this normal and safe? Also, since I have gone to the pool, I think it can make the area more irritated and itchy. I think it happens with both of my swimsuits. Is it just me or does this happen sometimes? How do you deal? Also how do you handle swimming and that time of month? Do you just skip that week?
