🛶 Build Your Canoe to Level Up (ALL LEVELS WELCOME) 🛶
Here’s how it works 👇 Step 1: Drop a plant emoji 🛶 or a canoe GIF in the comments Step 2: “Build” 3 other members canoes by replying to their comment with a 🛟 life preserver emoji or GIF Getting likes and replies on your comment helps your plant grow (aka helps you level up) 🌲✨ Alright… go build your canoe and ask your friends to bring a life preserver 🛟 PS - I am specifically tagging some Level 1 members that recently joined 🥰

I got my first paid YES for She Owns the Feed today. 🎉
Last night, I officially moved the community to a freemium model (and this morning I posted an official WE’RE DOING IT video in the community) And less than 24 hours later, someone upgraded. What makes this one feel especially exciting is that this isn’t someone who’s been deeply embedded in my existing community or following everything I’ve been building for years. She saw what I was creating, saw the value, and said yes. For those of us building communities, I feel like that first paid yes hits differently. It’s one thing to believe there’s value in the room you’re creating. It’s another thing entirely when someone else sees it and chooses to invest in being part of it. So I’m celebrating this one. 🥳 Freemium model: officially validated by sale No.1! Now we build from here.

Avoiding the Community Owner's Growth Trap
The fastest way to build the wrong offer is to build it alone. Your community isn't a distraction from building. Your community should help you decide WHAT to build. Build with people, not in isolation. 📊 Poll: When creating something new, do you:

🎉 WINS
Big Win!!!!
Win for today: I upgraded to VIP inside Skool Scale Camp 🎉 For me, this feels like a commitment to stop just “watching from the sidelines” and actually surround myself with the right people, strategy, and support as I build my community. I’m especially excited to learn more about growing, leading, and monetising a community in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. This feels like a small but powerful step toward taking my business seriously and backing myself more. Here’s to learning, implementing, and growing with intention 🙌 Question: What would you recommend I focus on first?
