That looks good. When I try to bake this stuff it comes out not sweet and yuck lol my problem is the caco is bitter. I use semi sweet chocolate bc not a fan of dark. Still learning!
How to make some of it taste better. My biggest struggle. Also knowing how to pair it!

Hello All Welcome to My Skool!!!!!
Introduce yourself in the comments and tell me why you’re here. 💜 I’m so glad you’re here. In this space, we’re going beyond “healthy eating” and into real transformation. 🙏 We’ll talk about the foods that heal, the herbs that calm inflammation, the tinctures that support hormones, stress, digestion, and pain, and the functional drinks that help your body rest, repair, and actually feel good again. 📚 This isn’t about restriction or perfection. It’s about learning how to use food as information, not punishment. Small shifts. Powerful ingredients. Real relief. Welcome to the kitchen where healing starts. 🌿💧
Hi I'm Jenn from New Orleans. Enough said 😆 🤣 we have great food and love to eat. I had gastric bypass lost 215lbs. Had a lot of complications. Carly taught me about nutrition and exercises. I fell in love and went to school for nutrition and PT. In the middle of taking my exams and applying for my LLC I was in a near fatal accident that left me disabled 2.5 years ago. I've gained 85lbs due to stress eating but learning a lot of my diagnosis explain my brain/body disconnected. I have over 20 diagnosis that are serious tbi and physically disabled now. My body has rejected most medications or procedures and I'm an extremely complicated case. Before my accident I did a lot of clean eating and holistic approach. I got all my minerals and nutrients from real foods. I also rarely took vitamins because I was able to use food to get mine in. I also worked out like crazy always active! Now my medical team really want me to eat better for brain health. I will never be normal or able to do a lot of things but I'm looking to feel better and not rely on medications that causes tons of side effects. I love that after advocating and fighting over 20 specialist my team now is willing to go outside the box. I do a lot of research from Europe and it's helped. Every step is progress and every misstep is a lesson to learn from!
