For many of us, we are headed back to the office after what I hope has been a relaxing break! I did end up taking more time off than I planned, but I refuse to feel guilty about it. 😅 What was the highlight of your holidays? Tell us about a cool system or process you built in your business to make things run smoother! For me, I built an AI agent that collects leadership articles and then turns those articles into an email newsletter, post content, reel scripts, and YouTube scripts. Some of this process is still manual but we plan to automate end to end. The goal will be for me to have a ready-made content library and even have content auto-post (I still vet and adjust before things go live) other than the things I’ll be videoing talking-head style. Hey fellow leaders, I'm in research mode today and got curious about how you engage with your team members, particularly with 1-on-1 meetings. Personally, I'm a FIRM believer that 1-on-1s are the most important meetings you can have. I prioritize them above nearly all else, and if I have to move one, I try to do so on the same day or the next at the latest. I believe team investment is the most powerful one you can make to propel your business forward. What do you think about 1-on-1 meetings? Important, you get to them when you can, or not important at all? Why?
