- * I would like to drop 25-30 lbs.....160-165 (5'2", 55 yo) - * I am dealing with low grade-moderate burnout (was severe burnout 2 years ago, so I am slowly healing.) I went from ignoring physical symptoms like hunger and thirst to making sure I fed/drank something. So while I sometimes eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks, other times it is 2 meals, 1 snack that replaced a meal, plus snacks. Peanut M&Ms are my current craving...at least it is 50% peanuts, right? : ) I would like to ease out of the snacking on unhealthy processed foods to healthier options, or skip over sweet/salty snacks altogether. - * I already think of food as fuel....and I enjoy what I eat/drink (not a foodie, but I still enjoy most of what I eat) I would like to reach for something else (non food, and/or gum or flavored water) if I am dealing with stress, bored, or if I am stuck where I am instead of heading to the kitchen for something more filling.
