Meditation
How often do you meditate? Honestly I don’t do it as much as I feel I should, but I’ve been getting back into my rhythm 🧘🥰 I try to do yoga twice a week at least, but meditation and breathing techniques are what get me through life! I’ve got a stressful work environment and knowing how to breathe while I’m there is so important! I’ve also got anxiety and bpd so focusing myself is very important, and breathing techniques and meditation help me to do that!! How does meditation help you? Have you ever used any breathing techniques??

Square breath - box breath
This is a super easy breathing technique that, if used correctly can refocus you and calm your system with just a few rounds! So the first thing you're going to want to do is find a place to sit, somewhere quiet where you can have some time to yourself. Sitting with your spine straight and in a comfortable position either crossed legs or in a chair. Quiet your mind and soul. Breathe in to the count of four and hold your breath to the count of four. Breathe out to the count of four and hold you're breath to the count of four. This whole process should be repeated four times for the full effects and to fully harness the power of the breath. After you've experienced this technique, share your experience and how you felt before and after please!!
