Out of all the CRMs ( which is a lot) and scraping tools. This one keeps the focus simple which solves the main problem most people face with CRMs too many features that users can't fully feel the maximum benefit because they are always "IN" the tool making updates instead of using it to make repeated tasks like, tracking, analytics, and having some messages saved for promos or FAQs. Take GHL for example, most people spend more time in their account building instead of using it for the R word in CRM- which is RELATIONSHIP. So many spend way too much time in those programs instead of doing 1 thing and building from there. Sorry for the long RANT, we have all these tools and yet people’s lives aren't improving. A feature I see that could be helpful to some larger groups, is a auto-responder for a single post. Ryan Duncan has one that functions similar to many chat for his start here post. My most used feature in my 30K FB group is the auto-filter members. One thing I wish it has was the ability to have a custom decline message.
