Any women currently using this? I am doing 2 separate vials, they are not combined and curious on starting dose and how to minimize the water retention that is always talked about … I know they say it goes away for some but if I can do anything on the front end to help reduce it I’m all for it!

Anyone notice a lot of water retention with Tessa/Ipa and have suggestions on how to reduce that?
