I have grown oyster mushrooms in an outdoor bed in straw. And I’m about to start another batch in my vertical garden.

@Megan Webb the pesto and salt are great and the salt is super easy. The vinegar takes a few weeks so we shall see. 🤞

@Megan Webb You are so right I’ve been obsessed with sourdough toast, a slice of an heirloom apple and a little bit of basil salt. I’m pretending that includes all four food groups lol
