I live in Southern Utah, Cedar City by the beautiful red rock parks. I’m brand new to Land Flipping but I’ve done network marketing for 18 years, so I have a lot of experience with sales, doing business and talking to people. I would love some working capital as I get started, and I’m open to doing a few JV’s. But I am fairly confident in my skill set to be able to do this business successfully. I’ll be finding and flipping deals in the state of Arizona to start. I’m still going through coaching and training because I want to make sure I have the tools and know exactly what I need to do. I started a nonprofit for educating impoverish children around the world 8 years ago after losing my 16-year-old daughter to brain cancer. So I’ve been looking for ways to keep that funded and I found the Land Flipping opportunity. My long-term vision is to fund an endowment fund and build a school in Pakistan as well as support children in Uganda and enable them to attend school for many years. I’m a go-getter. I know where to find sellers and I know where to find buyers. I’m looking forward to getting to know some of you better and see how we can best work together. 🤗
