I’m not too sure how non busy I am really but I like a slower pace and no pressure. We home educate our youngest three children, have one doofy dog and three beautiful cats. We love the freedom we have to have the flexibility to do what we like when we feel like. My work over the years has been leadership, Human Resources, I am a Psychologist on a mission to improve outcomes for our children in education systems for them to be successful in their future employments. I am in the UK and leadership in schools, teachers are at burnout, this ripples into classrooms and causes a hive of anxiety. I would like to change this with my knowledge and experiences.
