GHK-Cu Reactions
I love using the Klow blend, but I have a question. I am really reacting to the GHK-cu portion of it. I get huge welts that burn for at least 24 hours, after that they itch like nothing else. They burn enough to wake me or keep me from sleeping. If I ice it, I get a few minutes of relief. I have done some research and tried the following with no luck. 1. Switch to 1" needles - nothing changed. Injected at 90 angle and 45 angle, no success. Always make sure the needle is inserted all the way to make sure to get subcutaneous area. 2. Started taking allergy meds and Famotidine and cetirizine. Had a better reaction at first, but three days later back to a large reaction. 3. Tried placing benadryl cream in area before injection and/or after injection. No success. 4. Diluted more - pulling 20 units of Klow and then filling rest of syringe with BAC. No success. 5. Have injected in abs, love handles (pain is worse, reaction smaller), and thighs. I really would like the benefits of the GHK-cu, but not sure how much more of this I can take. Is there something else that I should try? My husband takes it with no reaction at all, and I am jealous. I have a very high tolerance for pain (ie. appendix burst and only complained of nausea and a little pain - was mis-diagnosed for a short while in ER because I was not showing signs of pain). This is more of a discomfort or irritation than anything. I just would like some advice to others who have had the same issues and how they were able to get around it. I thank you so very much!
