@Michael Stuttgart Hello i am from Bolivia at the moment in Alabama (USA), 26 years young, Mother, mom of two teenagers, working as a nurse, and I’ve been pretty frustrated for years with the standard nutrition advice you hear everywhere here (“just eat less and do more cardio”). It never really worked for me long-term, and my bloodwork kept getting worse anyway (especially liver values and HbA1c slowly creeping up). That’s why I’m here: I finally want to understand what MY body actually needs instead of jumping from one diet to the next that crashes after a few weeks. My big goals for 2026: Weightloss, less Stress eating - Bring my liver values back into the green zone - Stay strong and healthy as my kids slowly start leaving the nest So excited to learn from all of you and especially from your expertise! Can’t wait for the practical tips, bloodwork breakdowns, and real-food solutions. Thanks for building this community! 🥦💪
Understand emotional/stress eating
I weigh 100 kg and I would like to reduce to 60 kg, but unfortunately I tend to eat when I’m stressed. What should I pay attention to?

IS this right? Emotional eating means eating to soothe your feelings, not because your body is truly hungry. This means: - Your body isn’t hungry. - But an emotion is strong.
