Change to Payouts?
I'm not sure if it's something my local bank (in Australia) has changed or something Skool has changed or some other party along the way?? But I used to always see my payouts as from Citibank and now I see them from Stripe. Has anyone else noticed a change to their Skool payouts in their bank account?

DM your way to sales
It's awkward. I get it. You feel like you're intruding on them. And you feel like you're exposing yourself. But that's only the *before* feeling. The *after* feeling is completely different. They feel seen. They feel like you're thinking of them, noticing them, actively helping them - because you are!! You feel like you're living out your purpose, like the time you spend on Skool is paying off, like making money online is easy when you do the things you need to do. Because that's what leads to sales. It's not a mystery. It's not sleazy. Sales is helping. It's helping people take the next logical step in their journey. Challenge yourself to send more DMs. If you've never sent any. Challenge yourself to send your first DM this week. Try something simple like: I like helping people with [specific outcome]. Is that something you'd like more details on? How many DMs have you sent this week?

@Shaz Jones are you talking about sending DMs on Skool? I have a method of doing this as you know I love helping people and yes I think this is one of the best way to start a relationship with people. There are so many people that think just spamming people with their community link or offering drop ship services is how to do it but this is totally the WRONG way.
Just for fun: Nicknames
Over the weekend @Stephanie Kara revealed that her grandchildren call her Sha’nana’gans.:-) It's the perfect nickname for Steph and all the fun she brings wherever she goes. Aussies are known for giving almost everything and everyone a nickname. I had a temp job once in a marketing department and everyone was very cheeky. I specialised in social media so they made me a sign for my office that said "The Socialist". The guy who did the website was called "Pear Bear" after he brought in some fruit and veges from his garden to share with us one day. When he got back to his desk after lunch someone had singled out a pear and left a note saying "Congrats on growing a pear" ;-) So what's your nickname or do you have a nickname for someone else in the community?

Super Quick Fix For Sharing Video with Other Community Owners
If you've hosted a chat with another Skool Community owner you'll know it's hard to share the video with them (or anyone else) because of the long time it takes to transfer large video files. I posted in Skoolers a while back to see if there was any solution from the brains trust, but all they could offer was the other Community Owner has to join your community, and then you make them an Admin, so that you both get notified when the Download is available. That's what I was planning to implement this week when I interviewed Danielle Drew. Unfortunately, we discovered that it only works if you are on the $99 Pro Plan because on the $9 Hobby Plan you can't add another Admin. I've tried using Zoom before, and publishing to YouTube and sharing the Collaboration link etc - but they all still take a long time to do (more than an hour for an hour long call). But after the call this week Danielle and I experimented and discovered this super quick fix. When you get the download notification - choose Download and you'll see the URL in the Location bar at the top of your screen changes and the video starts playing. Copy the link - just click anywhere in that top Location bar and press Control-C. Send the other person that link - Just Ctrl-V to paste via Skool DM or Email or any other method you like. Then they can see it as well. To Download it they just click on the three dots in the bottom right hand corner and that brings up a menu of options. If they choose Download it will start downloading to their computer - and it's really fast! The whole process including both downloads can be done in less than 5 minutes. Note: The link only lasts for 14 days so you have to let them know that. I made a quick Loom video to demonstrate how to do it. If you still have questions after you've watched, just drop a comment :-)

@Shaz Jones Hi Sharon I just watched this but I think you may have been sharing the wrong window as I could not see which 3 dots you were talking about
