When you’re tired of just talking about it…. Become it
There comes a moment when you realize something simple and uncomfortable. Some people spend years talking about what they’re meant to do. Not because they don’t care. Not because they’re not capable. Because somewhere along the way they learned how to circle the step instead of take it. I know that place. I also know what it feels like when that stops working. That’s the space I’m building right now—not for the ones who just want to keep talking about what they feel called toward… but for the ones who are ready to move with it. If you’ve been feeling that shift too, you’re going to recognize what’s happening here. Don’t just follow me—sit with me. #YouAreTheResult #orientation #FindYourFooting #Awareness #SitWithMe https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1CF3sebb2L/?mibextid=wwXIfr

I Am Enough
I had a moment this morning where I could actually see it. Not someday. Not “if everything lines up.” Not “when someone comes with me.” I could see what it would feel like to live inside my work. To teach from the porch. To build something that isn’t scheduled around permission or clock-in time. To let what I know and what I see actually be enough. That recognition was real. And then the noise came in. The kind that tells you to stay practical. Stay contained. Stay where you are. Don’t get ahead of yourself. But here’s what I know: I’m not building this space so I can fit inside something smaller. I’m building this space because something in me already knows what my life looks like when my voice is the center of it. Skool is where I get to breathe that out loud. Not polish it. Not shrink it. Not explain it. Just live it. I am enough to stand in what I’m creating. And I’m not done yet.

Jena Sits Here • 2025-12-18 You don't move forward by fixing the past. You move forward by stopping the past from steering you. What you ore your more focus you And what you choose today tilgets to decide tomorrow. This isn't about shame. It's about responsibility... the kind that gives your power back. You can move forward. #YouAreTheResult #ThePast #ThePath #LetThatShitGo

this is what it looks like when orientation shifts
This video is about what happens when your usual tools stop working and you don’t panic. Because I wasn’t slipping backward. I knew that. But something shifted. My thoughts were coming too fast. My body didn’t want stillness. My body didn’t want movement. Breathing didn’t help. Stretching didn’t help. Normally I can find the pause. Normally I can find the better thought. Normally I can re-orient quickly. This time I couldn’t. So I did what I always do when something doesn’t work. I tried something else. Then something else. Then something else. Because when you’re moving forward, you stop looking for proof something’s wrong and you start looking for the solution that fits where you are now. And the moment I said to myself: we need to find the solution and stop focusing on the problem my phone rang. It was a call about seeing my grandson. And just wanting that so much brought me back into the present moment. Not fixed. Not solved. But here. And being here let me see what I actually needed next. I needed to talk. Not think harder. Not regulate better. Not pause longer. Speak. So I hit record. That recording wasn’t planned. It wasn’t polished. It was movement. It was me finding a new release because my life is stepping into a place I’ve never been before. Sometimes the moment your usual tools stop working isn’t failure. It’s expansion. It’s the signal you’re learning something new about how you move forward.

When proving yourself stops working
There’s a kind of exhaustion that doesn’t come from effort. It comes from trying to become someone acceptable. Most people don’t even realize they’re carrying it. This space isn’t here to teach you a new system. It’s here to help you recognize what you already know underneath the noise. The pace isn’t struggle. The pace is peace. And when that returns, something simple happens: we remember how to live.
