Welcome to your scribbler journey!
Welcome all of you scribblers who journal to satisfy your mind and keep yourself our of jail! My name is Jen Robertson and I am a licensed mental health counselor. While we won't be doing any therapy in this group, this will be a place to share your thoughts with other like-minded folks. As a therapist, I think journaling can be one of the most useful coping tools. It can get those intrusive, recurring, anxiety-provoking thoughts out of your head and down on the page (or virtual page). In the future I'll be offering some journaling workshops to assist those that may have trouble getting started. Each week I'll post a few prompts to work from and guide the group. If you have any topics you would like to include please send me a message! I'm still building this page, but looking forward to seeing it grow. To start, tell us where you are from and where you are in your scribbler journey (just getting started, avid scribbler, or somewhere in between)...
