Five Clients in One Week!
Hey y'all! I wanted to let you know that this week I have begun working with five clients and I was finally able to record one of them for self-assessment and submission for review by @Ed JC Smith & Co.! 👋🤩✨ Typing up the assessment now and uploading the recording to my Google drive. Eeeeeeeeeeeep! Your girl is going the damn thing!!! Let's go let's go let's gooooooooooo!!!!

I unlocked the whole course in less than 20 hours!!!
I started contributing yesterday afternoon and woke up to see the whole course unlocked. It's go time. I've got time to devote to this program. Enough procrastination. It's time to show up and make this year the best! You can do it, too! Thanks everyone for engaging in my comments. I'm excited to connect with others and make February the month I become an Expert Coach!

Confidence
Not sure if this is an appropriate question or not but I’m curious as to how everyone is managing to stay so confident. Do you have a specific ritual or routine that you do to motivate yourself in the morning?

Great question. Personally, I allow myself to be ok with not being so confident everyday, I like my relationship with the rollercoaster of confidence. I like to measure my confidence, if I am experiencing self-doubt and limiting beliefs, I like to check in on them, don't ignore them. I am thankful for my awareness of such thoughts, helps me stay grounded and understand myself, what is going on, why am I having these thoughts etc. This way I can explore solutions, it might be reading/studying more, doing more exercise, it could be old beliefs and thoughts rearing their head for me to recognise and work through. I have a morning routine which I like to do; meditate, read, do a workout/walk my dog, visualise, take a cold shower whilst affirming and try to journal everyday. By doing my routine, I am in the present and mindful of my thoughts feelings and energy. I also love to set myself realistic goals for the week ahead, this way I can review my week and recognise where confidence for example has held me back, or encouraged procrastination. Its ok to be safe uncertain, if you face lack of confidence head on and understand it, it can help you grow professionally, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. I am curious @Areanna Toscano, what helps you stay motivated?

I am beyond excited to say that I got my first client today! Our sessions only start next week but I am still really excited!! Yay for me!
