Intro
Hi all, Jem here! 👋 I run an operations/VA placement business working mostly with ecommerce founders. Joined to learn from how this community thinks and trade notes. Looking forward to it. 🤓

@Nathan Joshua Thanks happy to be here 🙂 Yes but I have paused it for a bit and focus on stored leads I have. But always open on learning new ways, that's why I joined this community
Set up
Hey everyone, quick question about running ads for my digital product. I’m selling a faceless reels product and I’ve currently set my ad objective to Traffic. I wanted to ask if this is the right setup, or if I’d be better off using a different objective like Sales/Conversions instead. Also, for targeting — would you recommend selecting a specific target audience (based on interests)?

@Sameera Ougradar If everything matches and it's still failing after five attempts, it could be an issue with the document quality, account restrictions, or Meta's verification system rather than anything you've done. At this point, I'd stop repeatedly submitting the same ID and look into the specific error. If you'd like, feel free to send me a DM, we work with Meta Ads accounts regularly 🤓

Meta Ads Behavior 🙋‍♂️
Hey everyone, I've been running meta ads for a while now, and much more recently i've been noticing very specific behavior that I can't seem to understand. I'll create a new campaign with new ads and it'll start getting results usually for 1-2 days. Most of the time there's a few creatives that are clear winners; however, very quickly meta stops giving them spend, they stop getting results, and the entire campaign begins to decline significantly. This has happened to me multiple times now - exactly like that. Very different from how my experience with Meta used to be

Hi @Aadil Abbas I've seen this happen when campaigns aren't being monitored closely enough after launch. Sometimes it's audience fatigue, creative fatigue, or the algorithm rebalancing delivery. Consistent optimization and reporting usually make a big difference. It's actually something our team helps clients manage so they can focus on growing the business instead of watching ads all day.
