Hey guys, I'm originally from a cornfield in Ohio and moved down to North Carolina on a pole vault scholarship to college with the main goal of getting into NASCAR. I had a short year doing that and realized it wasn't what I wanted. I had a short term stint at a startup company while doing a live in renovation, pulled the money out when complete, and then quit the job to figure out real estate. I've bought 10 houses in the last year and a half and mainly focus on flipping, wholesaling, and creative finance. Once I get more stabilized I want to start buying businesses or larger opportunities. Me and my wife's goal is to live in Hawaii by the time we're 30 so doing everything remote is one of our goals. Looking forward to getting started!

Alright - let me hop off the golf course and write this. My name is Justin Sutton and I am one of the co founders at TCC. I have spent the last 7 years of my life failing forward in real estate and I could not be more excited to do more failing with all of you. I spend the majority of my time on the golf course making connections that supersede all that I am doing in real estate. Golf has opened more doors in my life than anything and I have found a way to make it a part of my life in every facet. From Divots and Deeds (our real estate professional golf league), to competition golf in local tournaments, and coaching the Fort Mill High School Yellow Jackets my love for golf runs DEEEEEEEEP. Outside of the golf course I am working with each of you to push your journey in real estate towards success as fast as possible. I genuinely love to help people and showing them the power of communication in this business is my absolute favorite thing to do. My dogs are crazy but I love em.
