Today it works, Removing Today
After 2 days of not working, it works today. I have been using this product for 6 weeks not one of those weeks has it worked properly. 5 support tickets unanswered 1 answer in this Message Board. Total of probably 12 hours of trouble shooting. This is suppose to help my work flow not be a constant distraction. The product is a great concept, very buggy. The lack of customer care or support is mind boggling. I would never treat my customer this way. 6 weeks enough I am now a lost customer with nothing nice to say. Back to managing my business and giving great care to my customers. CYA

We just pushed version 1.1.2 with a focused fix to improve the update experience. Yup me too won't connect wired or wireless. The sync to Calendar is great but the effort and time to keep it working is becoming a very large problem. The squeeze isn't making the juice

I like the product when it works but what is going on. I accept the fact that it is a game of chance if it will work wirelessly. I can deal with that. But now doesn't work plugged in AT ALL and that's a problem. I am also perplexed that I can not keep planner on my "my Files" it will (or in the current case would) only work at the "einkPads/Planners" address. Did remarkable knock off Ep access with software update?Please help someone, the 3 support tickets from past never were answer so I don't have much hope for one I just submitted. This product is suppose too help me not take up hours of time too keep operational Urg. 😵‍💫
Clarity
I was truly wrong. I was under the impression that the calendar bundles worked in conjunction with the calendar sync app to actually make the iCal planner, be more like a real planner with to-do list and things like that instead of it just being a Calendar app, which I love the fact that I can have at work now was not very thrilled about the lack of Tech Support setting it up if somebody just said you need to make it a static IP address and it’ll work that would’ve been handy information. I do feel that they need to add functionality into the Calendar app to incorporate to do list and blank pages and multiple other things that you would use in a real planner. The word planner used in the experience is a force it is simply a calendar.
Callander updating issue. Please help
OK I have finally gotten my calendar going but now I can't seem to get calendar settings(epcalsynsc) frequency to check for update, the area that you pick 15 min all the way to 24hours, i can not seem to get that to work. I feel like it has to do with the wifi settings on(epcalsynsc) The known device ip address commonly used its doesn't let me do anything. Help please
