Hi everyone, I’m making an important update to how this Skool community is organized. Up to this point, access has been fairly open while I was building the community, testing the best structure, and trying to give as much value as possible. That helped get things started, but it has also created some confusion around who has access to what, what is free, what is paid, and where the deeper coaching happens. So I’m moving the community into clear tiers inside Skool. The goal is simple: make the community easier to use, easier to manage, and more valuable for the people who are serious about improving their speaking. Free members will still be welcome here and will still have access to selected community posts, basic resources, and public updates. Paid members will have access to the deeper training, coaching resources, replays, practice opportunities, and higher-level support, and more live calls. This change is not about taking value away. It is about organizing the value properly so the community can grow without becoming confusing or watered down. I also want to acknowledge that some people joined when access was more open. I appreciate that. This update is part of making the platform sustainable long-term, while still keeping a free option available for those who want to stay connected. Thanks for being part of the early stage of this community. This structure will make the experience better, clearer, and more useful going forward.

Hello all, I have a speaking gig for Thursday April 23 so I had to cancel those times. Trying to be in the trenches with you! Also going to be changing things on the platform, hopefully to give you more options, resources and value. I am firmly dedicated to keeping the membership affordable to all. I've been on webinars with thousands of others where the coach promises value only to have the fee be $997 or $1499 to get in and have 95% of participants drop off. I want to serve those 95%!! They still need help, they still need coaching, their careers are just as valuable and I hate that they've been excluded because of price. I am dedicated to offering a high ticket community experience and coaching at a low ticket price. I will be connecting with each of you individually as well to help the transitions (I can still do that for now! haha). With that in mind, we are starting a significant marketing campaign to build the community. I will keep the call calendar available as is to existing members and will just be adding to it for newbies. Lastly, I wanted to take a poll to increase engagement and to see where your most significant needs lie.
