Any parents feel the tension b/n advocating for their kid and letting make their own path for college? Where’s the line? I had one mom who joked “I’m my son’s mom-ager (mom-manager)” she’s not wrong. What’s everyone’s take? Be kind. Be generous.

100%. Especially since we know that many parents are driving the process for their kids. If you don’t help your child, you’re essentially letting your kids compete with adults. It’s a fine, frustrating line.
