@Annick Voorderhaak its wise to be aware that juggling and flow rope and jimp rope all.take time. I have a flowrope also. Anyway... definitely get some basic bean balls of average weight to get your juggling started. After you get past basics some people like the 1 lb weighted balls

There are two things going on with the trick that you can work on independently, and then put back into the trick. Firsr - the 2 in one hand can be practiced more so it stays in front of your body and gets lower, more control. Second - using just one ball in each hand, hold the left hand ball and move it up and down to match as closely as possible the right hand ball. You can also throw them both up simultaneously, then just throw one and carry the other. Getting the smooth movement of the non juggling hand takes a bit of time but will come.
