My name is Geoff Montague, and I am based in Southern Utah. My plan is to do land wholesaling to create active income. My longer-term plan is to acquire large parcels of land and build tiny home communities for outdoor enthusiasts, with health and wellness amenities located onsite, such as a cold plunge, lush grass for morning yoga, and a built-in mountain bike trail system directly from the property. A big part of my development when I was a teen was youth leadership camps and scouting. There is definitely a decline in these programs, and I really want to create youth leadership camps throughout the country that give young people the necessary tools to be emotionally resilient, recognize their individual gifts, and learn how to work in teams so they can truly thrive in this ever-changing world.
