Hey guys my name is Jeff 46 from OC I’m a crisis prevention interventionist for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities I’ve been free of alcohol for over 4 years I train 5 days a week but a few months ago my depression has popped back into my life and instead of alcohol I picked Kratom which is no good but luckily I stopped that and have gone back to therapy.
