Post your wins for the week here!
Too many of us are alone on an island. Let's create a place where we root for each other's success and help when possible. Post your weekly wins on Fridays! Engage with other's wins as well and encourage them on.

This is a cool thread. I used Sam's "What's your dream house?" strategy (instead of the "here's how mortgages work" strategy) with FTHBers on Sat. It couldn't have gone better.

Open Houses
Great weekend. Total of 5 open houses. Had good conversations ( story telling) with 2 RE agents. Already followed up with text message. Schedule 3 appointments this week to learn more about where they want to be this year in terms of helping families w either buying or selling.

Strong out of the gate & that's a long weekend. You almost hit the elusive 6 in a weekend! Nice work.
Today part 2 Open House
Sam, unfortunately, I am on a team call. I am looking forward to the recording

I made sure to tee up your question about open house selection, Andrew.
Sam
On the open house training module. What is your thoughts on researching open houses that you are looking to align with like FTHB, or rehab loan possibilities?

I know you put Sam as the subject, but here's my take. The goal of Chavez' open house strategy is focused on REALTORS and building those relationships to start, leads are secondary. So, you can pick properties based on FTHB, flips, etc. But you can't count on traffic, you can count on having 2 hours with the realtor. Good question!
