Starting Reta
I plan on starting my peptide journey next week with Reta. First timer. My plan was to start slow with .5.. my question is should I do .5 once a week starting out or twice a week? I hear some people saying .5 once a week is pointless. But definitely looking to avoid any yucky side effects

Listen to David. Start low and titrate up very SLOWLY. The protocol suggests starting at 1-2mg but start at .5 the first to weeks to see how your system responds. This stuff doesn't play when it comes to appetite suppression. My wife started at 1mg and within 2 days she literally couldn't eat. More than 2-3 bites of anything and she would get so nauseated. Even protein shakes didn't help. I know this doesn't happen to everybody but it has to many. Don't get in a hurry to titrate up. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

I love my pens but my wife doesn't for some weird reason. I just prefill a weeks worth in the regular syringes and keep them in the fridge and she is good to go each day. No risk in preloading as long as you store them correctly.
